

A four team changing room pavilion with social facilities for Bishop Walsh School, Sutton Coldfield as an extension to an existing sports hall. With a successful Football Foundation award, this pavilion was handed over to Sutton Town JFC, the main weekend user.
A two team changing room pavilion with social facilities for Evesham FC, Wychavon Council in support of a new 3G AGP. Following a successful Football Foundation award, this pavilion was completed in July 2020.
Anchorians FC, Medway Council: a four team changing room pavilion only in support of a new 3G AGP – visuals and elevations for planning. This pavilion will be constructed in 2021 after a successful Football Foundation application.

The West Way Sport Hub pavilion for Chorley Borough Council was the subject of a successful Football Foundation application submitted in October 2019. This development was constructed to support an adjoining AGP and grass playing pitch development to reach completion in early spring 2021.

The pavilion for President Kennedy School in Coventry was the subject of a Football Foundation application submitted in October 2019. This development is the home of Coventry City FCs Sky Blues in the Community. It was constructed to support an adjoining AGP development in summer 2021.

Llandudno FC, Welsh Premiership: new stand with changing and club social facilities and bar to comply with WFA standards. SWA secured planning approval in May 2019. The club will be pursuing a Football Foundation application.
