Steve Wells Associates prepares and submits funding applications including all consultation, comprehensive site and football development plans, programmes of use, business and management plans as well as all online applications.
We have a strong history of successfully applying for Football Foundation projects; in the last few years alone we have drawn down over £41 million in funding from applications.
Where instructed, we provide a full design and planning service. We prepare detailed designs and satisfy all the conditions of planning applications.
Our comprehensive design and planning service incorporates all areas of the project, from initial concept development to the delivery of services.

This can include all consultation, comprehensive site and development plans, programmes of use, business and management plans, and all online applications. Where instructed, we provide full project management through to completion, from the grant claims process to final account.
Football Foundation Funding Expertise
We are particularly experienced in Football Foundation projects, drawing down over £41 million in funding from successful applications in the last few years.
